Download Area

Only the provided audio and AV files may be used for the ending of an audio or audiovisual Deutsche Bahn application.
Various versions are available for downloading of the DB brand and for the DB Schenker division.

Sound Logo

The ‘DB Sound logo’ download includes the sound logo files in 16-bit WAV, 24-bit WAV and MP3 formats.

The sound logo can be used for all DB brands.

AV Logo

The animated, audiovisual logo with sound logo (AV logo) forms the ending to all audiovisual media at Deutsche Bahn. It is available for downloading in several versions for the DB brand and the DB Schenker division.

All ZIP files contain the respective version in the file formats:
16-bit WAV, 24-bit WAV, MP3, MOV, MP4 and TIFF individual image sequences

The DB Schenker without URL version does not visually include the standard URL ‘www. dbschenker.de.’
Depending on campaign requirements, the production studio can insert a URL address into the AV logo

Glossary

  • 16 Bit WAV: this file is a high-definition version of the DB sound logo, ready for use purely as a reproduction version for sophisticated demonstration purposes.
  • 24 Bit WAV: This file is a high-definition audio version of the sound logo, ready for use in professional film media together with the TIFF individual image sequence or for use in professional sound media.
  • MP3: The MP3 sound logo is a compressed version of the sound logo. It is suitable only for ‘pre-listening’ purposes or in presentations.
  • MOV: This file is a loss-free film format, ready for use with professional film media.
  • MP4:  This is a compressed version of the AV logo for observation purposes or for use in presentations. It is not suitable for professional film productions.
  • TIF: TIFF individual image sequences offer the highest possible picture quality and can be used by professional production studios for film production. As they consist of individual images of the AV logo film sequence, they naturally do not include sound. In the production studio the special audio file must also be laid down in sync with the images.
